Everything Is Alive

The legendary Slowdive tour with the brand fifth album 'Everything Is Alive'! The influential UK outfit rose to prominence in the early 1990s as flag-bearers of the burgeoning shoegaze scene, a dreamy genre of alternative rock that buried its sixties-pop melodies beneath a deep layer of distortion and feedback.

The band's 1993 sophomore album Souvlaki, which was somewhat neglected at the time of its release, has grown in stature and is now held up alongside My Bloody Valentine's Loveless as one of the movement's defining statements. After a hiatus lasting nearly twenty years, Slowdive reunited in 2014 and embarked on a world tour, which included headlining slots at the Primavera Festivals in Spain and Portugal.
